My brain-boosting coffee recipe

I get asked about this A LOT on social media, so here you go: Almost every morning I make some version of this brain-boosting concoction; it doesn’t always contain coffee, though – sometimes I switch out for tea or mushroom coffee, but otherwise the components are mostly the same. Here’s a breakdown of the super easy, delicious recipe and why I include these specific ingredients.

Instructions:

  • I prepare my organic coffee in a French Press to preserve the chlorogenic acid
  • If I’m training I add a pinch of high-quality sea salt to the coffee grinds
  • Blend all ingredients 5-10 seconds in glass blender
  • Enjoy!
