I’ve been shouting for the last 10 years that It’s NOT about what you do, it’s HOW you do it”  that matters most in accelerating results in the gym. I stand behind that whole heartedly, and now finally the infinitely slow fitness “experts” are finally starting to catch on and come along.

For 15 years I worked hard at being a great bodybuilder, but even after achieving the pinnacle of being one of the top 10 physiques on the planet and competing in the Mr Olympia, I realized that I wasn’t happy, confident, or fulfilled.

So I spent the last 5 years studying this concept and I now see the missing link.

This episode answers the question: “What had I done wrong?” and more importantly, what you should do about it.
