To fully take control of the way your body looks on the outside, and how it functions on the inside, we must become aware of the external signals that are impacting our internal state. 

There are 6 primary external signals that we have direct influence over

Movement, Breathing, Sleeping, Thinking, Eating, and the Environment in which you do these things.

These form the basis of The 6-Pillars of a Lean, Healthy and Muscular body™.

  • MOVE: Movement is life. Your body will become a reflection of the way you move. The way you do anything is the way you do everything.
  • BREATHE: The gateway to the mind and body. Breathing is the most valuable performance enhancer you're not doing.
  • THINK: Our thoughts are powerful and can become our greatest ally or our biggest adversary. Take control of your thoughts, beliefs, and your personal identity.
  • SLEEP: Sleep has the single biggest impact on human performance. Prioritize high quality rejuvenating sleep.
  • EAT: Food is a signal to the body to create an internal response. What you eat matters, but the state of the body it enters matters equally as much.
  • ENVIRONMENT: Light, Air, EMF, Sound, People are all signals to your body. Just like food impacts how you look, feel, and perform, so does your environment.
