Sometimes in life, what seems to be a curse can actually become your greatest blessing. Muscle Intelligence is a prime example, born from my own struggle to build muscle and overcome injuries. While these factors could have stopped me from pursuing my dreams, it did the exact opposite. The lessons learned and the knowledge gained through these experiences have given me the skills to assist others in their own physical transformations, something I’m grateful to be a part of each and every day.

At Muscle Intelligence we want to give everyone the knowledge needed to optimize their training, enabling them to develop their body in a healthy, balanced way. We achieve this with the following key principles:
